Features:

Moccasin shoe conditioning machine is designed for the massage and moulding of the loafers' vamp.

1) This machine has to be used in a ventilate condition with enough sunlight.

Also, the environment where the machine is operated should be comfortable for human body in terms of temperature and humidity.

2)The machine is basically welded by metal plate and it is assembled by different parts.

There is a control board, containing all the control buttons, above the machine, a turntable supporting a tilted shaft, and air cylinders, upper and lower aluminum mould inside the shaft grooves.

3) Working cycle: cover the steamed vamp onto the mould and press the air valve. While the lower mould tightly stretches the vamp, massage the vamp with a massaging hammer.
