Features: 1. This machine adopts full oil-pressure design with advantages of large pressure and firm stitching. 2. Freely adjustable angle of shoes front upper. 3. The height of heel and size of shoes can be adjusted as required. 4. Applicable for both men’s and women’s shoes for application of mechanical control of hinge-type front pressure base for special shaped toe cap and heel wall cutter.
Operating procedure: 1) Turn on the power supply switch, press the starting button on, let the red and green indication light on 2) Set the suitable press sticking time on the time relay. 3) Check the middle pressure meter 12 (picture 1) whether show between 20~30Kg/cm2, if it doesn’t reach this number, you can adjust the pressure adjustment screw on the left side of the oil pump (this pressure has adjusted right before leaving the factory) 4) Put the shoes which is needed to pressed into the pressure box, adjust the toecap and heel compression link to the right place. The adjustment refer to this instruction (clause 12 of 4-2) 5) Adjust the choosing switch 10 (picture 1) to the needed place according to the shoe styles.

The machine is mainly formed by three parts: frame,pressing head,hoist. The ascend and descend of the pressing head and hoist are controlled by hydraulic system, and it is measured by the pressure meter. The pressure precision is high, easy to control. Below the hoist is the compound cylinder,the processing pressure is high.
